Wholesale Program

We supply authentic designer, niche and Arabian fragrances to retailers, boutiques, distributors and online sellers across the US.

Wholesale terms

• Minimum order: $1,000 per order (after wholesale discount), excluding shipping and any applicable taxes.
• Resale certificate required — a valid resale / sales-tax exemption certificate and Federal Tax ID (EIN).
• Tiered pricing — your discount level is assigned on approval and grows with your volume.
• Payment: online at checkout (all major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal). Orders ship after payment, usually within 1–3 business days.
• 100% authentic products sourced from authorized distributors.

How to order

Sign in to your approved wholesale account to see your prices and order online. You can also email your order to wholesale@sadivintrading.com and we will send you an invoice.

Pricing

Wholesale prices are available to verified resellers only and are visible after your account is approved. Prices may change without prior notice; the current prices shown in your account always replace any earlier price list. Wholesale pricing may not be shared or published.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal and bank transfer (ACH/wire). If you pay by bank transfer, please email the proof of payment to wholesale@sadivintrading.com. Orders are released for shipping only after payment has been received in full.

Processing & delivery

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment. During the holiday season and for large orders, processing may take 3–5 business days or longer. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in product prices. It is calculated at checkout (or on your invoice) based on the weight, size and destination of the order. Please provide a physical shipping address; we do not ship wholesale orders to P.O. boxes.

Out-of-stock items

We list items we have in stock, but stock can change quickly. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will either hold the order for a few days (if a restock is on the way) or ship the rest of the order and refund or credit the missing item — whichever you prefer. Your packing slip will show any items that were not shipped.

Testers & samples

We do not provide free samples. Many fragrances are available as testers or minis, so you can try new arrivals before ordering in bulk.

Claims & returns

• Report shortages, wrong items or damaged goods to wholesale@sadivintrading.com within 5 days of delivery, with photos of the package and products.
• Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved; transit damage is handled with the carrier.
• All returns need prior approval and a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Approved returns of correctly shipped items must be unopened, in saleable condition and in original packaging, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Terms of sale

All wholesale accounts and orders are subject to our approval. Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled, but you can add items before it ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control. Products are sold for resale in their original condition; we may close accounts that misuse wholesale pricing.

How it works

2. Create an account — register with the same email address.
3. Get approved — we verify your business and certificate, usually within 1–2 business days.
4. Order — sign in to see your wholesale prices, add products to your cart and check out.
